Hiking and running 100 miles, for Mind, the mental health charity. Mind is a cause close to my heart, everyone I know, including me, has struggled with their mental health at times in their lives!
What Is 100 Miles for Mind?
Mind challenged people to hike, or run, 100 miles over March 2025, to raise awareness and funds.
How’s It Going?
In total I needed to do 100 miles, or 160.934km.
I did:

Week Two
