Swimming 44 miles for Diabetes UK. Diabetes UK support those who suffer from diabetes and work on finding treatments and a cure.
What Is Swim-22?
Diabetes UK have created the ‘Swim 22’ challenge as a fundraiser, to raise awareness and money for their cause. The hardest challenge they offer is to double the 22 miles, swimming 44 miles, between 22nd March and 22nd June 2025.
How’s It Going?
In total I need to do 70.811km (44-miles)
I’m on 16.35km, as of the 5th April. So a couple of weeks in, I’m just over 23% completed.
March
22nd March – 750m | 27th March – 250m | 29th March – 5,000m | 30th March – 5,000m | 31st March – 5,000m
April
5th April – 350m
Total so far = 16.35km
